Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how Formulate works today and may change before it is final.
Formulate agents work with your company’s information, so how we handle it matters. This page describes what we do today. It is not a certification; we will list any formal certifications here only once they are complete.
A person approves what goes out
Agents that send or change something in your tools stop for human review first: you approve, edit or reject each result. Agents that only report to you, such as Day Planner, send their result to you alone. Some agents, such as HR Helpdesk, hand anything sensitive or uncertain to the right person instead of answering.
Your data is not used to train models
Your workspace content, reviews and lessons are used only to do your work and to improve your own agents. They are not used to train AI models, and they are not shared with other customers.
Each workspace is kept separate
Data, memory and lessons are isolated per workspace. What one workspace’s agents learn never reaches another workspace. Daily improvements are proposed, tested and approved within your workspace only.
Credentials are encrypted
Keys and tokens for the tools you connect (for example Slack, Gmail, Jira or your CRM) are stored encrypted and used only for the work you set up. You can disconnect a tool at any time.
Sources and verification
Research results link each fact to its source. Anything we could not check is marked “not verified”, so reviewers know what to double-check.
Hosting
The product is hosted on Nyas, our infrastructure platform. An India hosting region is available. We work with a small set of service providers (AI model providers, hosting and email delivery); see the privacy policy.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your workspace data at any time by emailing contact@formulateai.in.
Reporting a security issue
If you think you have found a vulnerability, please email contact@formulateai.in with the details. Please do not access other customers’ data or disrupt the service while testing.
